The correct and prompt ascertainment of business transactions in the accounting department is the task of an accounting service. Through the integration of cost accounting into the RHC Management Information System based on the "Uniform System of Account for the Lodging Industry (USALI)", the optimal utilization of accounting figures is assured.

Chart of accounts, cost centers and commercial processes are adapted by the RHC for each client, according to the individual needs and structures of the hotel. From this, individual, efficient and slim structures are developed. Due to real time accounting, the RHC can offer many additional standard services, such as payment and dunning processes.

PAYROLL ACCOUNTING AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

NApart from the attractive standard payroll accounting service, the RHC offers its clients the complete assumption in the area of human resources. This service includes both the efficient execution of all administrative tasks and processing of data for controlling of personnel placement.

Despite external record keeping, a complete electronic registration of all employee-data is available to RHC clients at all times, and builds the basis for controlling services. Through the administration of the planned and realized working times (including absence due to illness, advanced training, vacation etc...), a current and realistic personnel budget is permanently available in association with master data from human resources administration. With the additional administration of operating figures from turnover, occupancy and guest numbers in the operational areas, the RHC offers its clients an extensive controlling analysis, required for efficient planning and controlling of personnel employment.

Controlling information established in this way ensures that the qualification and costs of the individual employees and the consideration towards own employees as opposed to external staff, as well as the variability of the turnover ranges in the hotel, are considered.

Information on employee or division efficiency is permanently available. Personnel employment and vacation can be planned and becomes controllable depending on state of business. Future incurring personnel expenditure is permanently considered.
