Marcus Becks
Manager Operations

Born in Oberhausen (Rhld.) Marcus Becks began his professional career with an apprenticeship in the hotel trade. His first experience was gained in the Atlas Hotel, Basel/Weil am Rhein as Assistant to the Commercial Director, subsequently as Deputy Director. Twice during this period, he acted as interim director in the Augusta Hotel, Mannheim for three months, during a change of directors. 1995 Becks became Director in the Hotel Primula, Bremerhaven, before becoming General Manager in the Holiday Inn, Düsseldorf/Kaarst – now Park Inn Düsseldorf/Kaarst – one year later. Subsequently he was employed with unitels consulting GmbH, Eschborn for four years as Consultant and Manager Operations and then risked the step to self-employment with the BECKS Hotelberatung as an independent consultant and co-operation partner of RHC. Since 2006 Becks is a member of the RHC Real Hotel Controlling GmbH, Köln team as Manager Operations.
